Patch the Pirate/Pee Wee Ministries

Praise the Lord for Kids! Patch is a children's program that each month emphasizes a new godly character lesson taught through wholesome Christian songs, thought provoking stories, Bible lessons, music lessons, activity pages, daily devotions, and performances.

Patch the Pirate (2nd grade - 6th grade) and Pee Wee (PK-1st grade) are godly activities provided to help our children to be molded into the image of our Savior Jesus Christ. Bring your child to our Patch program here at Mancelona Baptist Church, every Wednesday night at 6:45pm and it will become a weekly must for them! Scripture teaches us to, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6.

Our Nature Hike

After a long year of hard work our Patch the Pirate and Pee Wee kids enjoyed a day of hiking through the woods to find animal tracts, used their compasses to navigate in the woods, played games, had hotdogs and beans, and sat around the camp fire as Captain Bill told everyone about God's wonderful love.
